Returns & Exchanges Policy – Marginal

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return and exchange policy carefully:

Return Period:
Returns or exchanges are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order.

Condition of Items:
All returned items must be unworn, with tags attached, and in their original packaging.

Eligible Products:
All products sold by Marginal are eligible for returns or exchanges under these conditions.

Return Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs for returns will depend on the customer’s country.

Process:

1. Contact our customer service at marginal.official.pt@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return/exchange.

2. Once approved, you will receive instructions for returning your items.

3. After receiving and inspecting your return, we will process your exchange, store credit, or refund to the original payment method.

Important Notes:

• Limited edition items may have specific return conditions; we reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet the above requirements.

• Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
